The player's score for that round is calculated by adding the points from all melds and laid-down cards and then subtracting the value of any un-melded cards. The player with the highest score at the end of the round wins that round. Scores accumulate across multiple rounds, and the first player to reach or exceed 500 points wins the game. In case of a tie, an additional round is played to determine the winner.
