The game features multiple levels, each completed by taking down the boars that appear on screen.

Your score increases as you eliminate wild boars in sequence: the first awards one point, the second two points, and the third three points. If you manage to take down five in a row, you'll earn 15 points. Clearing the screen resets the count.

You begin each level with a bolt-action rifle. The bullet is automatically chambered, but you must wait for the bolt action to complete before firing again. To load more bullets into the magazine, click on it when it flashes on screen.

By scoring at least 40 points, you can finish the level with an automatic repeating rifle by clicking on the flashing icon. This action will cost five points.

The maximum allowed misses is 7 at level 1, decreasing to 4 by level 6. You can earn extra misses.

Starting at level 6, if you take down five boars in a row without missing (15 points), you will deduct one miss. Boars that are not felled by the first shot and require a second count as two boars for the sequence but only award points for one.

At level 7, if you reach 100 points, you can use an extra six-bullet magazine for a cost of five points. If you then eliminate the next six wild boars on screen, you earn 22 points and deduct one miss.

In subsequent levels, to earn the maximum points in a row and gain extra misses, you must complete growing series of boars. The series starts over each time the screen is cleared of dead boars.

Note that you can take down every boar that appears on screen, even with the bolt-action rifle; you simply need to plan your shots in the right order.
