Kick Streamer Adin Ross Vows to Stay Sober

Adin Ross Recommits to Kick, Hints at "Bigger" Plans

Popular streamer Adin Ross has definitively ended speculation about his future, confirming his intention to remain on the Kick streaming platform long-term. Ross's recent absence from Kick, lasting several months, fueled rumors of a potential departure, even suggesting a rift with Kick CEO Ed Craven. However, his return last weekend, streaming alongside Cuffem, Shaggy, and Konvy, and subsequent tweet declaring his commitment to Kick, have put those rumors to rest.

Ross, known for his high-profile presence and occasional controversies, initially joined Kick after a permanent ban from Twitch in 2023. His move, along with other prominent streamers like xQc, significantly contributed to Kick's rapid growth. While he enjoyed success on the platform in 2023, his unexplained hiatus in 2024 sparked considerable uncertainty among fans.

A December 21, 2024 livestream with Craven officially confirmed Ross's continued partnership with Kick. His recent tweet further reinforced this, promising a continued presence and hinting at even "bigger" plans on the horizon. Many speculate these plans relate to his Brand Risk boxing events, a venture he intends to expand with Kick's support. Previous legal challenges with Misfits Boxing earlier in 2024 underscore the need for careful planning in future Brand Risk endeavors.

Ross's decision is a significant boost for Kick, which is aggressively pursuing its ambitious goal of surpassing or acquiring Twitch, as stated by co-founder Bijan Tehrani. The platform's current momentum, fueled by strategic partnerships with top streamers, makes this ambitious goal appear increasingly attainable.
