Important Notes on File Support:
- Original RAW files cannot be imported directly—RAW images are automatically resized and converted to JPEG format.
- MOV files and 8K video recordings from EOS cameras are not supported for saving.
- HEIF (10-bit) and RAW video files from compatible cameras cannot be saved.
- AVCHD video files recorded with Canon camcorders are not supported.
Important Usage Information
- If the app is not functioning correctly, try closing and restarting it before reconnecting.
