Understanding Accessibility Services
When you activate the optional Cherry Picker feature, GigU uses Android’s Accessibility Services to detect when a ride offer appears on your screen (for platforms like Uber and Lyft). This enables us to analyze and display key trip metrics — giving you the edge you need to accept only the best opportunities.
Please note: The AccessibilityService API is used solely for the Cherry Picker function and only while the feature is active. No personal or sensitive data is collected, stored, or shared during this process.
