Access Permissions
To deliver our service effectively, the following optional access permissions are required. Rest assured, you can still utilize the basic functions of the service even if you choose not to grant these permissions.

- Calls: To facilitate direct contact with the LG Service Center.
- Location: To locate and connect to nearby Wi-Fi during product registration, set and save home location in Manage Home, access weather information, and check your location in Smart Routines.
- Nearby Devices: To find and connect to nearby Bluetooth devices when adding a product to the app.
- Camera: For taking profile pictures, sharing home or account QR codes, adding products via QR codes, attaching photos in 1:1 Inquiry, recording purchase receipts, and using the AI oven Cooking Record feature.
- Files and Media: To attach and set profile pictures, attach photos in 1:1 Inquiry, and record purchase receipts.
- Microphone: To check product status through Smart Diagnosis.
- Notifications: Essential for receiving updates on product status, important notices, benefits, and information.
