Fortunately, you can scavenge some basic gear from the guards Katherine dispatched when rescuing you. It's not ideal, but it's better than nothing. Katherine also provides her dagger, enabling stealth kills. From there, your objective is the top of the Crone in Trosky. While guards patrol the route, they're spaced sufficiently to allow for stealth takedowns or clever distractions and evasion.
Atop the Crone, you confront Istvan Toth. The outcome of this encounter doesn't affect the best ending, so feel free to choose the dishonorable option if combat feels too risky given your weakened state. A direct duel with Toth is perilous due to your low health. After dealing with Toth, thoroughly search the room for everyone's belongings and secure vital documents.
How To Escape Trosky in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
Once Toth is dealt with and you've recovered your belongings, return to the dungeon where your companions remain. They'll re-equip and reveal the escape tunnels. Simply follow them—this is the easiest part of the quest.

The truly challenging section of "Storm" begins now. Maintaining extremely low conspicuousness is crucial to avoid detection. Guards will alert each other, so being spotted often leads to multiple enemy encounters. Your weakened stats further complicate stealth kills or knockouts.
Begin by taking the uphill path to the right. This leads to a larger, more heavily guarded path, but it takes you to Mika's location. Stealthily eliminate the guard, free Mika, and receive further instructions.
How To Finish ‘Storm’ in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
A lengthy stealth section follows. Follow Mika's instructions to the locations marked on your map, then proceed to the region's edge. Head east and southeast to reach the main road in Apollonia, then south, staying concealed in bushes to avoid guards. The marked area is larger than it seems; you only need to reach about halfway to trigger the ending cutscene. Use stones to distract guards as needed. The cutscene concludes your role in this area, and your journey continues to the Kuttenberg region.
"Storm" is unique in requiring stealth rather than offering it as an option. Prioritizing stealth skill upgrades before this quest is highly recommended.
