Naughty Dog has unveiled The Last of Us Complete, a comprehensive bundle for PlayStation 5 that brings together both critically acclaimed entries in the franchise—The Last of Us Part 1 (2022) and The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered—into a single, definitive package.
This all-in-one release, now available digitally for $99.99, offers fans the full narrative experience that inspired the hit HBO series. It includes enhanced graphical fidelity, performance improvements, and gameplay refinements made possible by the PS5’s hardware. The bundle also features all previously released bonus content: the Left Behind DLC focusing on Ellie’s story, along with The Last of Us Part 2’s post-launch additions—No Return and Lost Levels.
For collectors and longtime fans, a physical Collector’s Edition launches on July 10 at $109.99, with pre-orders already live on PlayStation Direct. This special edition includes a Steelbook case, game discs, The Last of Us: American Dreams comics (issues 1–4), four lithographic art prints, and a personal thank-you letter from Naughty Dog Head of Studio, Neil Druckmann.
In a recent PlayStation.Blog post, Druckmann expressed deep gratitude to the community:
“From our entire studio, thank you so much for your incredible support for The Last of Us and Naughty Dog over the years. This is such an exciting moment for both the franchise and our teams. We are so humbled by your personal stories of what the series has meant to you, have marveled at your incredible Photo Mode shots, and inspired to keep pushing ourselves forward to create more stories and worlds you’ll love.”
Originally launched on PS3 in 2013, The Last of Us has seen multiple re-releases across platforms, including updated versions for PS4, PS5, and PC. The franchise’s evolution includes The Last of Us Part 2 (2020), later remastered in 2024, and the PC releases of both titles in 2023 and 2024 respectively.
The Last of Us Complete consolidates every major installment and bonus feature into one cohesive package. While some may view this as yet another re-release, its timing aligns with the premiere of The Last of Us Season 2 on HBO, which debuts this Sunday. Notably, HBO has already confirmed Season 3, further expanding the universe’s reach.
For fans of the series, this new bundle offers the most complete way to experience Joel and Ellie’s journey—whether for the first time or all over again.
