Uncover Woedica's Inheritance in Avowed: A Guide to Acquiring Unique Gloves
Avowed offers various paths to power, and treasure maps are a significant one. This guide details how to obtain the Woedica's Inheritance treasure map and its valuable reward.
The map is sold by Sanza in Sanza’s Emporium, located in the High Market of Northern Paradis (accessible later in the main storyline). This area is separate from the main city. Purchase the Woedica's Inheritance map for 100 gold. Sanza also offers the "Mapping the Living Lands" quests.
Locating Woedica's Inheritance
With the map, travel to the Eastern Paradis Gate Beacon (fast travel or by foot). Exit the city and proceed north along the city walls, requiring a cliff climb.
You'll find a hidden door concealed in the vegetation. Activate the mechanism to the right to open it. Inside, a treasure chest containing the Gloves of the Strangler awaits.
Gloves of the Strangler: Abilities and Benefits
The Gloves of the Strangler are unique and offer two passive bonuses:
- 3% Critical Hit Chance: Increases the reliability of critical hits.
- Lesser Ambushing (15% increased Stealth Attack Damage): Significantly boosts damage for stealth-focused builds.
Note: Unlike weapons or armor, the gloves' passive abilities cannot be upgraded. Acquire them early to maximize their benefits.
