ETE Chronicle:Re JP Server Pre-Registration Opens With A Very Different Game

ETE Chronicle:Re, the revamped action title, is now accepting pre-registrations for its Japanese server! Prepare for thrilling battles across land, sea, and air alongside a team of powerful female characters.

The original Japanese release of ETE Chronicle was met with mixed reviews due to its unexpected turn-based gameplay. However, the developers listened to player feedback and completely overhauled the game for its Chinese launch, creating a fast-paced action experience. This updated version, ETE Chronicle:Re, replaces the original and carries over purchases from the previous iteration.

A World in Chaos:

ETE Chronicle:Re plunges you into a dystopian future where humanity fights for survival against the Yggdrasil Corporation. Armed with advanced Galar exosuits and their Tenkyu orbital base, the Corporation has devastated the planet. The Humanity Alliance, utilizing experimental E.T.E. combat machines piloted by skilled female operatives, offers a beacon of hope. As their commander, your strategic decisions will shape the battles and destinies of your team.

Fast-Paced Action Combat:

Commanding a squad of four characters, you'll engage in dynamic, half-real-time battles. Quick thinking and adaptability are key as you maneuver through enemy fire and adapt your strategies on the fly.

While some remain skeptical after the original game's shortcomings—repetitive combat due to fixed enemy distances and simultaneous party movement—ETE Chronicle:Re aims to address these issues. Whether it succeeds remains to be seen.
