Although there has been no official announcement yet, aside from Insider Gaming's report, it appears that a Hogwarts Legacy: Definitive Edition is planned for release in 2025. This director's cut is expected to include 10-15 hours of new DLC content, which is speculated to set up plot points for the sequel while offering further connections to the HBO adaptation. Currently, the only available DLC for Hogwarts Legacy is the The Dark Arts Legacy Pack, priced at $19.99. This pack includes the Thestral Mount, Dark Arts Cosmetic Set, and Dark Arts Battle Arena. This raises the question: will Hogwarts Legacy 2 receive a DLC at its release, or will it follow the same path as its predecessor and take a long time before any additional content becomes available?
