WB Games has announced an exciting update for fans of the Harry Potter universe: starting this Thursday, Hogwarts Legacy will support mods on PC, marking a significant enhancement to the game. This feature will be part of a new patch available for download on both Steam and the Epic Games Store (EGS).

The update introduces the Hogwarts Legacy Creator Kit, a comprehensive toolkit designed for enthusiasts to craft new content, including dungeons and quests, as well as character modifications. The renowned platform CurseForge will manage and publish these user-generated mods. Additionally, Hogwarts Legacy will include a mod manager, making it easy for players to discover and install interesting mods.

On launch day, several pre-approved mods will be available, with the "Dungeon of Doom" being a highlight. This new dungeon challenges players to battle numerous enemies and uncover hidden secrets. However, there's an important note for players: to access these mods, you must link your gaming accounts to a WB Games account.

The patch will also enhance character customization with new hairstyles and additional outfits. The developers have showcased examples of these mods in the trailer, giving fans a glimpse of what's to come.
