Marvel Rivals Leak Suggests a PvE Mode Could Be Coming

Marvel Rivals Season 1: Dracula, Fantastic Four, and Hints of PvE

New information regarding Marvel Rivals' upcoming Season 1 and beyond has surfaced, creating a buzz among players. Season 1, "Eternal Night Falls," launching January 10th at 1 AM PST, will introduce Dracula as the primary antagonist and add the Fantastic Four to the playable roster. A recently released trailer showcases a dark, revamped New York City map, hinting at its inclusion in the season.

A prominent leaker, RivalsLeaks, has ignited speculation about the game's future by suggesting a PvE (Player vs. Environment) mode is under development. The leaker claims a source played an early version of this mode, and further corroboration comes from RivalsInfo, who reportedly discovered a related tag within the game's files. However, RivalsLeaks acknowledges the possibility of the mode's cancellation or postponement. Adding to the expansion of game modes, another leak points towards a potential Capture the Flag mode in development.

Further fueling the speculation, RivalsLeaks claims that the villain Ultron has been delayed until Season 2. Despite a recent leak revealing Ultron's abilities (a Strategist capable of deploying healing or damaging drones), the addition of four new characters in Season 1 seemingly necessitates a postponement of Ultron's release.

This delay, while disappointing to some, has sparked speculation about the potential arrival of Blade. Given Season 1's Dracula theme and existing leaks detailing Blade's abilities, many anticipate his introduction soon after the Fantastic Four. With the confirmed details and numerous ongoing leaks, the anticipation for Season 1: Eternal Night Falls is palpable.
