MK Mobile Hits 10Y With New Diamond, Gold Chars

Warner Bros International and NetherRealm Studios are celebrating Mortal Kombat Mobile's 10th anniversary with a massive update launching March 25th. Players can expect new fighters, a redesigned Faction Wars system, fresh challenge towers, and special anniversary rewards.

Celebrating a Decade of Fast-Paced Kombat

The update's crown jewel is MK1 Geras, a powerful new diamond-tier fighter with abilities ranging from power absorption and healing to damage reflection. Players can unlock him through Realm Klash rewards or the Kombat Pass system.

Klassic Skarlet makes her debut as the first gold-tier fighter upgradable to Level 5. Featuring unblockable attacks, a new Gash debuff, and blood-stealing mechanics, she'll be available through both Premium Plus and standard Kombat Passes.

The former Faction Wars mode has evolved into Realm Klash, now featuring five distinct realms for two-week competitive seasons. Instead of just Blood Rubies, players earn Realm Points through strategic faction battles.

The anniversary update introduces three new competitive ranks (Elder God, God, and Demi God) and refreshes Blood Ruby Packs with Kameo bonuses and MK1 Geras rewards. Visual upgrades include new banners, leaderboards, and fixes for previous exploits.

New Challenges Arrive for Anniversary Celebration

A special Tower of Time event challenges players with 50 extreme floors available for two weeks. Seven new equipment pieces debut alongside Brutality sets for MK1 Smoke and MK1 Geras.

The update introduces a Fusion Boost modifier that empowers your weakest card, plus the return of fan-favorite towers: Klassic, Dark Queen's, and Black Dragon.

Starting April 1st, players receive free daily character copies from the anniversary promo for 10 consecutive days. Three gold-tier fighters (Lizard Jade, Edenian Blood Sindel, and Klassic Smoke) now have ascension capabilities.
