Phoenix 2: New Campaign, Controller Support Added

The Android indie shoot'em up, Phoenix 2, has received a major update brimming with new content and features. Fans of its fast-paced action and strategic gameplay should read on to discover what's new.

What's Included?

The most significant addition is a brand-new campaign mode. No longer limited to daily missions, players can now immerse themselves in a story-driven campaign featuring 30 meticulously crafted missions and characters from the Phoenix 2 universe.

This campaign offers a refreshing change of pace and a challenging, enjoyable experience for both veterans and newcomers. A visually appealing new Starmap enhances exploration as players navigate diverse locations and battle invaders.

Another exciting addition is customizable player tags. VIP players can personalize their leaderboard entries with a range of designs, colors, and information, ensuring their scores remain permanently visible and stand out from the crowd.

Enhanced controller support is also a key feature of this update. Players who prefer using a gamepad will find Phoenix 2 fully compatible with modern controllers.

A Streamlined Interface

Speedrunners and competitive players will appreciate the new wave progress indicator and timer during missions, providing real-time feedback and enhancing the competitive experience.

In addition to these substantial changes, the update includes various smaller refinements and bug fixes, including updated character portraits. Download Phoenix 2 from the Google Play Store, select your ship, and dive into the action!
