- Play Together is rolling out its new Minime update
- Nurture your very own Minime, bond with them, and boost their attributes
- Once matured, they'll start careers, unlocking unique event currency and exclusive rewards
Haegin's popular social gaming platform, Play Together, is about to receive one of its most fascinating, albeit unusual, updates yet. In short, if you've ever imagined your Play Together avatar raising a companion of their own, the Minime update makes that dream a reality.
Though not exactly a childcare simulator, the Minime update lets your avatar adopt a tiny character from the Minime Care Center. You won't know which Minime you'll get beforehand, as each comes with unique attributes. As their guardian, it's your responsibility to enrich their experiences and share activities together.
Your Minime's future will vary depending on which skills you prioritize, but once they reach a certain level, they'll venture into the world and pursue a career. You can then track their journey in the new Minime Album, featured in the Job Encyclopedia.
Care foryourselfThe Minime update offers a distinctive approach to introducing a quasi-parenting feature in Play Together—one that many players will likely embrace. You can learn the ropes through new missions and the Minime Growth Journal, which grants rewards based on your Minime's development.
Be sure to try the new minigame, Doctor Bebe's Drop Machine. At the Minime Care Center in Kaia Island Plaza, Mimi will walk you through the basics of raising Minimes. Completing related missions earns you Teddy Coins, a special event currency redeemable in the Drop Machine minigame.
