Pokémon Go Holiday Part Two event details revealed ahead of Part One launch

Get ready for more festive fun with the second part of the Pokémon Go Holiday Event, happening from December 22nd to 27th. This exciting continuation promises even more bonuses, encounters, and special challenges to keep you engaged throughout the holiday season.

During the Holiday Part Two event, players can earn double XP for catching Pokémon, making it the perfect time to level up your skills. Raid Battles will also be more rewarding, offering 50% more XP than usual. Keep an eye out for the debut of Dedenne, as well as Wooloo and Dubwool dressed in festive holiday outfits. And don't miss your chance to encounter shiny versions of these Pokémon!

From December 25th to January 5th, the Daily Adventure Incense will last twice as long, giving you more opportunities to catch Pokémon in the wild. You might encounter Alolan Rattata, Murkrow, Blitzle, Tynamo, Absol, and other exciting species during your adventures.

Pokémon Go Holiday Event Part Two

Raid enthusiasts can look forward to battling Litwick and Cetoddle in one-star raids, while Snorlax and Banette will be available in three-star battles. For a greater challenge, take on Giratina in five-star raids, or face Mega Latios and Abomasnow in Mega Raids.

For those who enjoy quests, Field Research Tasks will offer encounters with event-themed Pokémon. You can also purchase a $5 Timed Research pass for additional rewards, including a Glacial Lure Module, two Incense, a Wooloo Jacket, and more encounters. Plus, participating in the catch- and raid-focused Collection Challenges will earn you Stardust, Great Balls, and Ultra Balls.
