- Exclusive encounters during event days
- Enhanced Drowsy Power effects
- Increased sightings of Clefairy, Clefable, and Cleffa
Whether it's seasonal changes or my ever-growing backlog of unfinished games, quality sleep has become elusive lately - which makes Pokémon Sleep's perfectly timed "Good Sleep Day" event particularly appealing.
This monthly three-day celebration coincides with the full moon to amplify your Drowsy Power, helping you discover more Pokémon sleep styles. Running from March 13th to 16th across all regions, the event increases your chances of encountering previously undiscovered sleep patterns.
The lunar peak on Day 2 delivers double Drowsy Power, triple Helper Pokémon Sleep EXP, and a 1,000-point sleep bonus. Days 1 and 3 offer reduced but still substantial enhancements - 1.5× Drowsy Power, double EXP, and 500 bonus points.
The celestial event also triggers increased appearances of Clefairy, Clefable, and Cleffa, giving players extra incentive to log those precious sleeping hours for research purposes.
Did you know Pokémon Sleep includes social features too? Beyond tracking sleeping Pokémon, you can actually add Friends within the app!
The free-to-play game (with optional in-app purchases) is available on both App Store and Google Play. For the latest updates, follow the official Twitter account, visit the Pokemon Sleep website, or watch the preview above to experience its relaxing atmosphere.
