Now, let's clarify the objective. Go to the marked location and find Rosalie. She's easily spotted:

Speak with Rosalie. She'll request a hairstyle from the "Simple" category.

Press "C" and browse your hairstyles. The "Simple" category is below the character image. I used the fisherman set hairstyle:

It fits the request perfectly! I also chose an outfit, opting for a black tracksuit. You can customize your look or simply change the hairstyle without changing the outfit.

Return to Rosalie and interact with her. A short cutscene will play, confirming quest completion.
