Survive Shifting Tombs, Alter Desert

RuneScape has just released a thrilling Dev's Diary for April, detailing the latest update, "Return to the Desert: Pharaoh's Folly." This new quest is set to launch today and will be available until April 28th. Players are tasked with surviving the Shifting Tombs and altering the desert's fate alongside Leela and Ozan.

Here's the Full Scoop on the Pharaoh's Folly in RuneScape

The situation in the Kharidian desert is escalating, with Menaphos descending into chaos. After Osman's shocking betrayal of his own people, the city is on the brink of collapse. The populace is divided, Amascut's sinister influence is spreading, and the dangers are just beginning with the escape from the Shifting Tombs.

Fortunately, you won't be tackling this alone. Leela is back in action, and you'll be joined by new allies, including some intriguing pets. Together, you'll delve into Menaphos's ancient secrets and unravel Osman's true intentions.

Heading Back into the Heat Again

Completing Pharaoh's Folly comes with rewarding benefits in RuneScape. Players can earn Thieving and Agility XP, the prestigious title "The Rabble-Rouser," and a new item, Leela's Favour bracelet. This bracelet offers the convenience of teleporting across all Menaphos districts, the Sophanem slayer dungeon, the shifting tombs, and active soul obelisks.

The "Return to the Desert: Pharaoh's Folly" quest is not for beginners just starting out of Lumbridge. Participants need a Slayer level of 87, must have completed the "Beneath Scabaras' Sands" quest, and accomplished certain tasks within the "Do No Evil" quest at Phite Club. Additionally, players should ensure they have constructed the necessary structures from the Fort Forinthry storyline. Once these prerequisites are met, you can meet Leela outside Menaphos's gates and attempt to save the city from its dire fate. If you're ready to take on this challenge, download RuneScape from the Google Play Store and embark on the "Return to the Desert" adventure!

Stay tuned for more updates, and don't miss our next article on the cancellation of Netflix Stories, although you can still enjoy playing it!
