"New Text-Based Strategy Game Launches on Android: Simple Lands Online"

Simple Lands Online is a newly released game on the Google Play Store, revitalized with a fresh server reset. Previously accessible as a browser game, it combines classic text-based strategy elements with contemporary features, offering a unique gaming experience.

What’s Simple Lands Online?

In Simple Lands Online, you embark on a journey to build your empire from the ground up. The game strikes a delicate balance between risk and reward in its battle mechanics. If an attack fails, your losses are limited to 25%, allowing you to regroup without losing your entire force. Similarly, when defending, you won't lose more than 20% of your troops, ensuring you always have a fallback position. This system encourages strategic planning rather than mindless attacking.

You'll command infantry, archers, and cavalry in battles across five distinct regions, where every decision you make can impact your success. The game introduces an espionage system where you can train spies to disrupt your enemies by stealing resources or gathering crucial intelligence. However, be cautious, as enemy watchtowers might catch your spies, putting them at risk.

Starting with virtually nothing, you'll progress by managing your troops and resources, navigating alliances, and confronting rival factions. Your focus will be on expanding your empire, researching technology to enhance production, and training more units to strengthen your army.

While combat is a central aspect of Simple Lands Online, kingdom management is equally important. You'll need to assign workers, optimize production, and make the most out of your available resources. The game keeps track of your battles through detailed logs, which are essential for planning your next moves or seeking retribution after a defeat. Experience Simple Lands Online on the Google Play Store, where it's available to play for free.

What’s Next?

The developers have ambitious plans to expand the game, including the introduction of new server types such as permanent servers or speed servers as the player base grows. Currently, the game operates on a seasonal basis, which ensures a fresh start for everyone after each reset, keeping the gameplay exciting and dynamic.

Simple Lands Online draws inspiration from games like Kingdoms of Chaos, offering a straightforward yet rewarding experience that doesn't penalize players for trying new strategies.
