The first poacher is relatively easy to track down. Once you've kicked off the Bird of Prey quest by chatting with the gamekeeper in *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*, make your way to the north side of the pond. From there, venture into the forest and navigate through the tall shrubs until you stumble upon a camp. That's where you'll find your first poacher hiding out.

Remember, while you have the option to eliminate these poachers, doing so will ding your reputation. It's usually better to aim for a peaceful resolution. This first poacher is rather timid, making it fairly simple to persuade him to surrender. You can choose to let him go free or hand him over to the bailiff. The second poacher presents a tougher challenge in the Bird of Prey quest. You might want to speak with various NPCs marked by the quest to help narrow down your search. Alternatively, you can head straight to the designated location. This poacher is bolder and won't be easily swayed unless you've got a high persuasion skill. In my case, I had to resort to violence and then collect his gear as proof.

Poacher #3

The third poacher awaits in Slatego Forest. For more details, have a chat with Gravedigger Ignatius near Apollonia before you set out. Be ready to tangle with some wolves along the way.

You'll need to visit two spots. First, check out the camp where the criminal used to hide, though you'll find it deserted. Still, you might uncover some useful items. Then, head west to the second location, where you'll encounter wolves feasting on a corpse. After dealing with the wolves, you'll realize this was the poacher you were looking for. Don't forget to take a piece of poacher equipment as evidence.

Poacher #4

This poacher group poses a significant threat. You'll need to venture deep into the woods to find them. There are three poachers here, but you don't have to confront them directly. Your objective is to gather evidence by examining the following:

• Deer's corpse
• Deer's skin
• Hanging deer's carcass

After inspecting these three items, return to the gamekeeper to report your findings. He'll take it from there and have the officials deal with the poachers.

Poacher #5

The final poacher turns out to be Hans, which comes as a bit of a surprise. Finding him isn't straightforward, as the search area is vast. You'll find him near the rocks on the western side of the designated area. Since Henry can't bring himself to arrest his old friend, you'll need to take Hans' poaching kit as evidence instead.
