Unova Celebration Kicks Off in Pokémon Go

The Pokémon Go Tour: Unova is almost here! The global event kicks off March 1st and 2nd, but you can get a head start with "Road to Unova," running from February 24th to March 1st.

This pre-event offers a chance to prepare for the main event with various challenges and rewards. A free Tour Pass is automatically provided, allowing you to complete tasks, earn Tour Points, and unlock bonuses. For an enhanced experience, the optional Tour Pass Deluxe offers upgraded rewards, including a Victini encounter.

ytShiny Meloetta makes its Pokémon Go debut during this period! Obtain it via a $4.99 Masterwork Research ticket, which doesn't expire. Additional tickets provide event-exclusive bonuses like themed hatching or raid rewards, plus unique avatar items.

Road to Unova features increased wild encounters of Snivy, Tepig, and Oshawott, with potential evolved forms. Raids will include Genesect (various Drives), Cobalion, Terrakion, and Virizion, offering chances to catch Pokémon with special Black and White-inspired backgrounds.
