You can acquire Wild-Caught Fried Shrimp in two ways: buy them from merchants in Alola Beach, Honolulu, or catch them yourself while swimming in the same area.
Merchants Selling Wild-Caught Fried Shrimp
The quickest method is to swim to Grayson’s Weapons at Sea or Nolan’s Boat (marked on the map above). These merchants only appear after you've explored the nearby ocean areas.
You only need one shrimp for Kennosuke, and each costs a mere $1.60, allowing for easy multiple purchases.
