by Zoey May 03,2025

Wuchang: Fallen Feathers is set to launch on July 24, 2025, and will be available on PS5, Xbox Series X and S, and PC through Steam and the Epic Games Store. Excitingly, Microsoft is bringing it to Game Pass on day one for subscribers of the Ultimate tier, making it easily accessible to a wide audience.

For those eager to dive in early, pre-ordering the game will grant you the exclusive Night & White Pack. This pack includes two unique costume sets, Night Spectre and White Spectre, along with the Vermillion War Club axe and the Glistening Red Mercury Skill Upgrade, enhancing your gameplay experience from the start.

Developer Leenzee Games has announced that Wuchang: Fallen Feathers will be available in both a standard and a deluxe edition. The deluxe edition offers an array of additional content, including four distinct costumes, each comprising five pieces, four specialized weapons, and an extra Skill Upgrade item, all on top of the base game.

Wuchang: Fallen Feathers is a Soulslike action-RPG set in the land of Shu during the dark and tumultuous late Ming Dynasty. You take on the role of a mysterious warrior afflicted by a horrific feather disease, uncovering hidden secrets and battling supernatural enemies in an ancient empire on the brink of collapse.

In our Wuchang: Fallen Feathers first hands-on preview earlier this year, we shared our enthusiasm: "I only caught a small glimpse at Wuchang: Fallen Feathers, but I already feel pretty good about its chances at being more than just another soulslike to add to the ridiculously overflowing pile. The movesets are intricate and interesting, the RPG mechanics seem deep and offer a lot of freedom (even if I can’t claim to understand some of them fully), and the boss fights gave me a serious run for my money that’s rare these days. All that’s already got me pretty excited to play more."
