Wuthering Waves Unveils Phoebe and Brant as Upcoming 5-Star Rinascita Characters

Version 2.1 of Wuthering Waves will introduce Phoebe and Brant as the next 5-Star Rinascita characters. While their specific weapon types and elements remain unconfirmed, lore suggests Phoebe will be a Spectro unit and Brant a sword wielder. Both are expected to be pivotal in future updates.

Following the successful launch of Version 2.0, which included the 5-Star Glacio pistol-wielding Carlotta (currently featured alongside Zhezhi until January 23rd) and the upcoming Havoc unit Roccia, developer Kuro Games has confirmed Phoebe and Brant's arrival via official Twitter announcements. Phoebe's banner is anticipated in Phase 1 of Version 2.1, with Brant potentially following in Phase 2.

The addition of Phoebe and Brant leaves only Zani, previously teased in promotional material, as the remaining unannounced Rinascita character. Further character reveals are anticipated within the 2.0 update cycle.

• Phoebe: A 5-Star Acolyte of the Order of the Deep within Rinascita, characterized by her devout nature and serene yet joyful personality. Likely a Spectro unit.

• Brant: A 5-Star captain of the Fool's Troupe (a traveling Carnevale show), known for his easygoing demeanor masking his dedication to protecting his troupe. Likely a sword wielder.

Version 2.0, set to conclude around mid-February, also features a premium skin for Jinhsi and a free Sanhua skin obtainable via an upcoming event starting January 23rd. The addition of Phoebe and Brant further enhances the anticipation for future Wuthering Waves content.
