Of course, the wedding between Lord Semine and Agnes isn’t allowed to proceed without issues. When the sword that’s supposed to be Lord Semine’s gift goes missing, you’re tasked with finding it. Here’s where to find Lord Semine’s sword in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2.

Radovan informs you that the sword, crafted from the Hermit’s Sword as Lord Semine’s gift, has gone missing. He doesn’t know who took it, but he mentions seeing a stranger in yellow earlier. Your first task is to find this man in yellow.

You can approach and question anyone wearing yellow about the sword, and most will deny any involvement. However, some might provide a clue, mentioning they saw a man in yellow heading upstairs in the stable. Upon checking the upper level of the stable, you'll find Hans attempting to charm a woman.

Hans, dressed in yellow, isn't the thief, but he did witness the theft. He identifies Svatya, the bailiff’s son and the bride's brother, as the culprit. You can ask Hans about Svatya's motives or the sword's whereabouts, but he advises you to confront Svatya directly, as he didn't follow him after the theft.

Confronting Svatya

Finding Svatya is straightforward. Exit the stables and look towards the tree where musicians are playing for the wedding guests. Svatya is to the right, drinking by the stable wall, and he's carrying a sword.

Unfortunately, Svatya has already disposed of Lord Semine’s gift. He confesses to taking the sword to embarrass Old Semine by making it seem like he misplaced his son’s present, suggesting dementia. Svatya didn't consider the consequences or his father's potential refusal to protect him from theft charges.

Svatya reveals he threw the sword into the pond, lacking time to hide it properly. If you danced with Myshka, she led you to the pond. Otherwise, head to Radovan’s location; the pond is directly behind him, accessible through a door in the fence.

Getting the Sword

Once you open the door, take a few steps forward and look down. You should see the sword in the water. Retrieve it, and the objective shifts to returning it to Radovan. He'll ask about the thief, and you can either name Svatya or sidestep the issue, focusing on the sword's recovery.

Upon returning Lord Semine’s sword in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 to Radovan, the ceremony can commence. Ensure you complete any pre-wedding tasks before speaking to Radovan. Then, congratulate the newlyweds and proceed to the next main quest.
