War

War - A classic card game with straightforward rules for all ages

War is that beloved card game from childhood that nearly everyone has played. The rules are simple: cards are evenly distributed among players, and each turn, everyone reveals the top card of their deck. The player with the higher card takes the trick and places those cards at the bottom of their deck. When both players reveal a card of the same rank, a "war" begins - each player places two more cards face down, followed by two cards face up. The player with the higher face-up card wins all the cards in that war. The goal is to collect every card in the deck. Cards are ranked from lowest to highest (6, 7, 8, 9, 10, J, Q, K, A) with one exception: a six can beat an ace.
