Sandfall Interactive, the game's developer, has issued a warning about the proliferation of counterfeit merchandise featuring Esquie, while also exciting fans with news of an official Esquie plush in development.

In a recent post on their official X/Twitter account, Sandfall Interactive highlighted the emergence of several "suspicious" websites selling Esquie plushies. "To be clear: any third-party websites selling Esquie plushies are NOT officially licensed," the studio emphasized. They further cautioned that many of these sites employ AI-generated artwork for their advertisements, and advised fans to steer clear of these potential scams.

Balancing caution with excitement, Sandfall confirmed their plans to produce official Esquie plushies. "We are looking into making official Esquie plushies and want to get them out as soon as we can," they stated. "In the meantime, please be patient — and don’t get scammed!"

For those who've embarked on the journey of Expedition 33, the allure of an Esquie plushie is understandable. Introduced in Act 1, Esquie serves as a vital companion and a unique mode of overworld travel, reminiscent of Baymax from Big Hero 6.
