AurumDust's latest tactical RPG, Ash of Gods: The Way, is now available for pre-registration on Android! Following in the footsteps of Tactics and Redemption, this installment delivers enhanced visuals and refined tactical card combat within a compelling narrative. Already released on PC and Nintendo Switch, Android users can soon join the fray.
What's New?
Ash of Gods: The Way retains the core gameplay of its predecessors, but introduces exciting new features. Players build decks from four distinct factions, each boasting unique warriors, gear, and spells. A diverse range of tournaments awaits, presenting unique challenges with varied enemies, battlefields, and rules. With two customizable decks, five factions, and a staggering thirty-two possible endings, replayability is guaranteed.
The story follows Finn and his three-person crew as they navigate enemy territory, participating in war game tournaments. Immersive, voice-acted visual novel sections punctuate the gameplay, delivering engaging dialogue and character interactions that breathe life into the narrative.
Strategic depth is enhanced through four unlockable deck types (Berkanan, Bandit, the defensively-focused Frisian, and the aggressive Gellian), allowing for extensive customization and experimentation. Importantly, there are no penalties for switching upgrades or factions, encouraging players to explore different playstyles. While character choices and relationships are central, the game prioritizes character development over complex plot twists.
