The Emergence Mission in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 marks a pivotal midpoint in the acclaimed campaign, offering a unique twist on the series' traditional gameplay. This guide will walk you through the mission, ensuring you navigate the challenges effectively.

Finding the Security Desk in Black Ops 6 Emergence

The mission kicks off with Case and Marshall entering the Kentucky BioTech facility, enveloped in toxic gases necessitating gas masks. An elevator malfunction sends you plummeting, damaging your mask and triggering a hallucination cutscene.

Once you regain control, explore the crash site until you find a locked door marked by a red light. Use a hatchet found on a nearby mannequin to force it open. Proceed right into a hallway, exit through an open door, and ascend the stairs in the main hall to reach the central elevator.

Interacting with the elevator transforms the mannequins into zombies. Dispatch them with your hatchet, then answer the ringing phone at the circular desk, which directs you to the biotechnology room. To access it, you need four director's cards: Cognitive Research Facility (Red), Administration (Green), Joint Projects (Blue), and A.C.R. (Yellow). A map will guide you to the A.C.R. card.

Finding the Yellow Card and Grappling Hook in Black Ops 6 Emergence

From the security console, follow the map left to a yellow staircase on the left side of your screen. Climb to the Director’s office and solve the computer puzzle with the answers “Access” and “Lift.” Proceed to the A.C.R. room, where more zombies await.

After defeating them, approach a mannequin holding the yellow card, which morphs into an abomination. Explore the area for armor plates, weapons, and the essential grappling hook before engaging. Use tactical explosives like C4 or grenades to take down the abomination and its accompanying zombies, then collect the Yellow Card from its remains.

Finding the Green Card in Black Ops 6 Emergence

Use the grappling hook to exit the A.C.R. room, climbing ledges to return to the main facility. From the security desk, grapple left to reach the Administration Facility. A ringing phone will guide you to find four documents and place them in the file display against the glass wall.

While collecting these documents, beware of mannequins that mimic horror game mechanics, freezing when you turn around. Here are the document locations:

• On a desk in the corner.
• Near a round table on the left side.
• Next to a noticeboard in the center.
• In the cafe near a sink.

After arranging the documents, a red mannequin will attack. Use the grappling hook to subdue it until it transforms into a Mangler Zombie. Defeating it grants you the Green Card.

Finding the Blue Card in Black Ops 6 Emergence

From the Administration Wing balcony, grapple across to the Joint Projects Facility. After answering another ringing phone, explore until you find camera stands around a glass chamber and locate the Blue Card. Interacting with it spawns a Mimic, which you must eliminate.

To defeat the Mimic, shoot moving objects to lure it out and attack. Upon its defeat, collect the Blue Card and return to the main area for the final Red Card.

Finding the Red Card in Black Ops 6 Emergence

From the security console, head to the East Wing, following red carpets to a series of stairs leading to a water-filled room with a console and a trapped Mangler. Interact with the console to reveal the Red Card held by the Mangler.

Use the grappling hook to reach the upper area, jump into the pool, and swim through the red tunnel. Climb ladders on the other side, clear zombies, and use a blacklight to unlock a door with a unique code.

Interact with the console to start a 25-second timer to turn off three drain switches: one in the initial room, another in the blacklight-unlocked room, and the last reachable by grappling hook. After draining the water, follow the escaped Mangler through the tunnel, fight off zombies, and secure the Red Card.

Defeating the Disciple in Black Ops 6 Emergence

Return to the security desk and insert all four cards to activate the elevator. Clear any pursuing zombies as you ascend, leading to a blackout and a visible red phone. Answering it initiates a cinematic transition to the BioTech room, where you face numerous zombies and a Disciple.

After defeating them, another cinematic reveals your character's hallucination, with Marshall and Sev helping you recover. This concludes the Emergence mission.
