More affordable than expected? I certainly thought it would cost more. However, the lower price is partly because the physical edition does not contain the game on a cartridge. It is a "game-key card," which we’ll explain further below.
Note: This is a Game-Key Card

While some Nintendo Switch 2 titles come on cartridges with the complete game data, others function as keys to access the content—this is one of them. Game-key cards resemble standard Switch 2 game cards but do not store the actual game. To play, insert the card into your console and download the 11GB game from the eShop.
You can still share the game with a friend by lending them the physical card, or sell it later. Remember, the game-key card must be inserted into your Switch 2 whenever you want to play.
What is Bravely Default: Flying Fairy HD Remaster?
Originally released on the 3DS, Bravely Default was a nostalgic RPG featuring turn-based combat and a classic quest where heroes search for four crystals. Its standout feature is the innovative combat system that allows players to store turns and unleash multiple actions at once. The game also includes an extensive job system for customizing each party member's abilities.
All these elements return in the HD remaster, along with several new additions. Now you can fast-forward not only through battles but also through cutscenes. You still have control over enemy encounter rates, letting you adjust how often you face foes based on your playstyle. The remaster also introduces online features and new minigames.
