Finnish game developer Kuuasema has recently unveiled "Cthulu Keeper," a new comedic strategy game that draws inspiration from the iconic works of H.P. Lovecraft and the classic 1997 game, Dungeon Keeper, by Bullfrog. Currently in development for PC, this game promises a unique blend of humor and horror set in the eerie atmosphere of the 1920s.
In "Cthulu Keeper," players will embark on a dark journey to build their own cult, spreading fear and chaos throughout the game world. The gameplay involves constructing a lair, delving into dark research, and summoning terrifying Lovecraftian monsters to bolster your ranks. Expansion of your influence is key, achieved through recruiting cultists, canvassing the streets, and achieving various objectives. However, be prepared for challenges from rival cults and the ever-watchful authorities. Defending your lair will require cunning use of traps and spells.
