This guide details how to romance Panam Palmer in Cyberpunk 2077. Note: This romance is only available to male V.
Prerequisites: Progress to Act 2 and complete the "Playing for Time" quest.
1. Complete "Ghost Town": This main job introduces Panam. Agree to help her retrieve her car and subsequently assist with revenge against Nash. At the Sunset Motel, choose flirtatious dialogue options, culminating in suggesting a single room.
2. Complete "Lightning Breaks": This mission involves bringing down a Kang Tao AV and kidnapping Anders Hellman. Dialogue choices have minimal impact on the romance.
3. Complete "Life During Wartime": During this mission, defend Panam against Saul's accusations. After the mission, respond to Panam's message suggesting she return to the Aldecaldos to resolve matters. Wait a few in-game hours/days before proceeding.
4. Complete "Riders on the Storm": Go to the Aldecaldos camp within 24 in-game hours of receiving the call. Agree to help rescue Saul. Choose dialogue options that support Panam. After escaping the Wraith compound, select dialogue options that lead to alone time with Panam and further flirtatious interactions. Accept Panam's kiss at the end.
5. Complete "With a Little Help from My Friends": Agree to help Panam. Choose flirtatious dialogue options during the mission, particularly those that express closeness and understanding.
6. Complete "Queen of the Highway": After waiting a day, return to the Aldecaldos camp. Choose flirtatious dialogue options. Accept Panam's advances during the Basilisk sequence. Choose supportive dialogue options after the Basilisk battle.
Completing these steps will unlock the romance with Panam and the "Star" ending. After the romance is established, you can also trigger the "I Really Want to Stay at Your House" mission to have a cozy night in one of V's apartments.
