The New Denpa Men has made its exciting debut on Android devices, following its initial launch on the Nintendo Switch in July 2024. Developed and published by Genius Sonority, this quirky RPG brings some unique twists to the mobile platform, differentiating it from its console counterpart.
Now You Can Take Your Quirky Little Denpa Crew on the Go!
One of the standout features of The New Denpa Men on Android is the ability to engage in cross-platform play. This means that if you've already invested time into catching and battling Denpa Men on the Switch, you can seamlessly transfer your progress and continue your adventure on your mobile device.
The mobile version introduces a new feature called QR Catch, which replaces the Normal Catch method from the Switch. With QR Catch, players can scan nearby QR codes to add new Denpa Men to their team. However, some features available on the Switch, such as Together Catch and Offline Catch, are not included in the mobile version.
Another exciting addition exclusive to the Android version is the Voucher Collection system. After battles, monsters may drop vouchers known as Akashi. Collecting these vouchers helps you complete your collection, and they can be gifted to friends or used strategically in battles.
A fun new element with scarecrows has also been introduced. Players can now summon monsters using scarecrows, which will join the fight, attacking enemies and providing healing to your party. To get a glimpse of these features in action, check out the game's trailer below.
Will You Catch The New Denpa Men on Android?
The Denpa Men are fascinating creatures that exist invisibly in the airwaves. In the game, your mission is to catch these unique beings, train them, and embark on thrilling adventures. The New Denpa Men offers a mix of dungeon-crawling action and allows you to customize your island, interact with your Denpa Men, engage in fishing, and explore various event-based and extra stages that evolve over time.
You can download The New Denpa Men from the Google Play Store. The game is primarily designed for touchscreen controls, but you also have the option to use a controller for a more console-like experience.
