Elden Ring: 'Libra' Boss Revealed in Nightreign Gameplay – IGN

by Anthony May 18,2025

Elden Ring Nightreign takes the spotlight as IGN's cover story for May. Our team had the privilege of spending two days at From Software's Tokyo office, returning with a wealth of reveals, exclusive interviews, hands-on impressions, and much more.

To start things off with a bang, we're thrilled to exclusively reveal one of the eight formidable Nightlords that players will encounter at the climax of their journey in Nightreign. Meet Libra: Creature of Night, a boss designed to test your sanity with its unique mechanics. Right at the onset of the battle, you're faced with a pivotal decision: whether to strike a deal with Libra. This choice offers tempting benefits such as increased strength, enhanced elemental resistance, or access to a powerful weapon. However, beware—the more advantageous the deal, the higher the cost, which remains a mystery until you commit to it.
