by Nova May 19,2025

Amazon Prime Video has exciting news for fans of the post-apocalyptic series, announcing a December 2025 release window for Fallout Season 2. The streamer also confirmed during its annual upfront presentation in New York City that the show has been renewed for a third season, showcasing their confidence in the series' future. This renewal comes shortly after Season 2 wrapped filming last week, indicating the Fallout team's strong belief in the upcoming episodes.

"The holidays came a little early this year - we are thrilled to be ending the world all over again for a third season of Fallout," stated Executive Producers Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy in a joint statement. They expressed gratitude towards the dedicated cast and crew, showrunners Geneva Robertson-Dworet and Graham Wagner, and their partners at Bethesda and Amazon MGM Studios. They also thanked the fans for their continued support as they venture further into the wasteland.

While Amazon hasn't set a precise release date, the news that episodes will be ready by December 2025 suggests that the production is moving forward at a robust pace.
