While retaining her iconic moveset, Mai's Street Fighter 6 iteration features unique adjustments, including motion inputs replacing charge attacks. She also gains the ability to accumulate "Flame Stacks" for enhanced move capabilities.
Mai's storyline in Street Fighter 6 centers around her search for Terry Bogard's brother, Andy, leading to encounters with various characters, including Juri, who test her skills.
This collaboration between Capcom and SNK, announced at Summer Game Fest, brings iconic fighters from both franchises to Street Fighter 6. The addition of Mai follows the releases of Terry Bogard, M. Bison, and Elena, with more characters from Year 2's DLC planned.
