Look for the closed gate near the red truck and Reboot Van; the first missing portrait awaits you next to a conveyor belt surrounded by unfinished toilets.

For the second portrait, venture to the back right of Flush Factory. You'll find it inside a small, disconnected brick building. Head to the ground floor, and you'll spot the portrait next to a green machine and a wooden box.
