One More Level, the creative force behind the acclaimed Ghostrunner series, has recently shared an exciting glimpse into their upcoming projects. Known for their gripping cyberpunk action games where precision and agility are paramount, the studio has earned high praise. The original Ghostrunner achieved impressive scores of 81% and 79% from critics and players, respectively, while its sequel maintained strong ratings at 80% and 76%.

Today, One More Level revealed a captivating new image, likely associated with their project titled Cyber Slash. Set in an alternate take on the Napoleonic era during the early 19th century, Cyber Slash promises an epic and dark reimagining of history. Players will dive into a world where legendary heroes confront unknown forces and terrifying threats. The gameplay is designed to be challenging and action-packed, yet it will diverge from the traditional Souls-like formula. While parrying and targeting weak points will still be essential, the protagonist's evolution through mutations throughout the game introduces a fresh twist to the mechanics.
