After a delay earlier this year, the eagerly awaited Grand Outlaws has finally made its debut. Hardbit Studio has confirmed that the open-world mobile shooter will soft launch on Google Play in the US. Starting today, May 15th, you can dive right into the action. However, the rest of the world will need to wait a bit longer for their turn.
The developers utilized the additional development time to enhance the game by expanding locations, boosting performance, and introducing more content. This has resulted in a broader and more stable experience, setting the stage for the game's full rollout later this year.
At launch, Grand Outlaws will feature three core modes: Battle Royale, Racing, and Deathmatch. Each mode is designed for short-form chaos, with mobile-friendly controls and easy access to weapons, vehicles, and customizations. Players can switch between modes at will or explore the open world at their leisure.
Currently, this phase is exclusive to Android, but Hardbit Studio has a comprehensive multi-platform roadmap. The full Android and Epic Store release is slated for July or August, with iOS and PC versions via Steam and Epic following in October. Console ports for PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch are scheduled for 2026. Cross-platform play is also in the works.
Looking forward, the studio plans to roll out additional content updates, including new modes such as Heists and Destruction Derby, live events, a full cinematic story mode, and enhanced customization options for both characters and hideouts. Brand collaborations and seasonal content drops are also on the horizon.

For now, US Android users will be the first to experience the thrill of Grand Outlaws' soft launch starting May 15th.
