GTA 6 Release Window Still On Fall 2025
Grand Theft Auto (GTA) 6 is firmly on track for a Fall 2025 release. During the Q3 Earnings Conference Call on February 7, 2025, Take-Two Interactive shared insights into their current status and upcoming releases for the year.
Take-Two Interactive's CEO, Strauss Zelnick, expressed strong confidence in the Fall 2025 release for GTA 6. However, he acknowledged the inherent risks in game development, noting, "Look, there's always a risk of slippage and I think as soon as you say words like absolutely, you jinx things." Despite this, Zelnick remains optimistic, stating, "We feel really good about it." He refrained from discussing GTA 6's development specifics but emphasized Rockstar's pursuit of perfection, saying, "We know that Rockstar seeks perfection. I never claim success before it occurs. I'm fond of saying arrogance is the enemy of continued success, so we're all running scared and looking over our shoulders and we know that the competition is not asleep. Our whole organization is super excited."
