Prepare for a cosmic journey as Honkai: Star Rail's Version 3.0 update, "Paean of Era Nova," blasts off on January 15th! Leave Penacony behind and venture to Amphoreus, a new world shrouded in mystery and chaos. The inhabitants, unaware of the world beyond their borders, worship Titans whose civil wars and a "black tide" plunged the land into eternal night, threatening the survival of humanity in the Holy City of Okhema.
New Characters Join the Astral Express
This update introduces two compelling new characters:
- Herta: A 5-star Ice-type powerhouse, a cosmic genius and AoE damage specialist.
- Aglaea: The elegant yet deadly dressmaster of Okhema, a Flame-Chase legend whose synchronized combat with her memosprite, Garmentmaker, promises a breathtaking fighting style.

Unraveling the Mysteries of Amphoreus
The Trailblazer and Dan Heng plunge into the Abyss of Fate, a realm of eerie ruins and ancient legends, where they encounter the Titans of Time, Passage, and Law – the ancient beings who once controlled time and space. Here, you'll meet Oronyx, the Titan of Time, and unlock the Path of Remembrance. A new companion also joins the adventure: the adorable, and rather vocal, Mem (whose only word is, you guessed it, "Mem").
The Vortex of Genesis Awaits
The final destination in Version 3.0 is the Vortex of Genesis, a divine sanctuary for the Titans and the location of the Miracle of Genesis. Here, collected Coreflames illuminate constellations, charting the epic journeys of the Chrysos Heirs.
Returning and New Companions
The first half of the update features the return of Lingsha, Feixiao, and Jade, while the second half welcomes Boothill, Robin, and Silver Wolf. Plus, logging in during the update earns you a new Preservation outfit for March 7th!
