Insomniac Games' new bosses have revealed the studio's plans after the founder's departure

Insomniac Games, the renowned studio behind iconic titles like Spyro the Dragon, Ratchet & Clank, and Marvel's Spider-Man, is embarking on a new chapter. Founder and CEO Ted Price has orchestrated a smooth leadership transition, appointing a seasoned executive team before his retirement.

This new leadership structure divides responsibilities among three key figures:

  • Jen Huang: Assuming responsibility for strategic planning, collaborative projects, and overall studio operations. Huang underscores Insomniac's commitment to teamwork and collaborative problem-solving.

  • Chad Dezern: Heading the creative and development divisions, Dezern will prioritize the creation of high-quality games and their long-term strategic development. His focus remains on upholding Insomniac's celebrated standards of excellence.

  • Ryan Schneider: Taking the helm of communications, Schneider will foster relationships with other PlayStation Studios teams, external partners such as Marvel, and the player community. He will also spearhead technological advancements within the studio.

Development on Marvel's Wolverine continues. While Dezern acknowledges it's premature to discuss specifics, he assures fans the project adheres to Insomniac's rigorous quality standards.
