Konami is working hard to get Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater released in 2025

Konami confirms a 2025 release for the Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater remake. Producer Noriaki Okamura assures fans that the studio's top priority is delivering a high-quality game that meets expectations. In a recent 4Gamer interview, Okamura stated that the game is playable from start to finish, with the remaining development time focused on polishing and enhancing the overall experience.

While PlayStation previously speculated a 2024 launch, the remake is now officially slated for next year. The game will be available on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.

The remake promises to retain the essence of the original while integrating modern gameplay mechanics and stunning visuals. Okamura also hinted at new features designed to enhance gameplay beyond just graphical upgrades.

Konami unveiled a captivating two-minute trailer in late September, showcasing key moments including the main character, antagonists, action sequences like an airdrop and shootout, setting the stage for an exciting remake.
