Post Scriptum begins in the Kuttenberg region. Find the tavern west of Kuttenberg city, and speak with Kvyertsolav to initiate the quest. You'll be tasked with writing a letter for the miners.
Writing the Letter
Head to the Kuttenberg house to help Kvyertsolav. Select the dialogue option, "Justice is worth more than silver." You can choose how to write the letter—refine it, leave it as is, or make it more aggressive. The outcome remains the same regardless of your choice. The miners will then attempt to kill you; a successful Speech check allows you to escape.
Should You Turn the Miners Over to the Baliff?
If you survive the miners' attack, you can choose to turn them over to the baliff. This ends the quest immediately, rewarding you with 100 groschen. However, this isn't the optimal outcome or reward, so it's not recommended. Instead, deliver the letter to Markold.
Should You Help Markold or the Miners?
Speak with the bodyguard at Markold's house to gain access. You can blackmail Markold, give him the letter directly, or work with him against the miners. Blackmailing is difficult (high Speech check required) and ends the quest prematurely.
Helping Markold involves killing three miners, yielding a meager 60 groschen—the worst possible outcome.
The recommended path is to give Markold the letter as intended. He'll pay you seven groschen and direct you to meet miners north of the city. Wait for them, proceed to their camp, and speak with Myslibor. A confrontation with Markold ensues; help the miners defeat him to complete the quest. This yields a reward of 160 groschen and improves the miners' working conditions.
