Revival: Remix Rumble brings back Teamfight Tactics' fan-favorite set

by Isaac May 22,2025

League of Legends has been embracing its musical roots more than ever in recent years, from the memorable Arcane soundtrack to the quirky K/DA crossover featuring pop idols and MOBA warriors. Now, Teamfight Tactics is set to amplify the musical theme with the return of a beloved set, Revival: Remix Rumble. This revival kicks off at 5PM PT today (tomorrow for UK readers) and will run until July 29th.

So, what's the deal with Remix Rumble? This music-themed set introduces new augments that enhance the gameplay of certain characters. For instance, K/DA champions benefit from augments like Mesmerising Performance and Rap Queen, which offer unique effects and twists to the gameplay, not limited to just these champions.

The current Teamfight Tactics set isn't being replaced but rather complemented by the Revival: Remix Rumble. The opening encounters will feature the Hack mechanic from the Cyber City set. These encounters could include Ahri, who boosts your Headliners to appear one level higher, Akali, who enhances Headliner champions' traits by one, and Zac, who introduces the Cyber City hacks into the mix!

But that's not all! Alongside the new additions, the much-loved Revival Ladder is making a comeback. This progression system allows you to unlock new ranks and rewards based on your skill and gameplay style. Additionally, you can grab an event pass for 975 RP, which includes a variety of Remix Rumble-themed rewards and introduces the new Pentakill Siege Minion to the Little Legends lineup.

While Teamfight Tactics diverges significantly from the original League of Legends in terms of genre and gameplay, it successfully brings the excitement and fun of the iconic MOBA to mobile platforms.
