"Survival-Horror Game 'Quite a Ride' Announced for PC"

by Natalie May 04,2025

Goodwin Games has unveiled an intriguing new survival horror game for PC titled "Quite a Ride," crafted using the powerful Unreal Engine 5. In this unique experience, players must continuously pedal their bicycle to stave off the encroaching fog and the terrifying creatures it conceals. While an official release date remains under wraps, the anticipation is already building.

According to Goodwin Games, "You travel by bicycle through a foggy rural landscape filled with eerie secrets and monsters lurking in the dense mist. The game's atmosphere and themes draw inspiration from Stephen King's works and iconic horror films of the '80s and '90s." In "Quite a Ride," your phone's battery life is crucial as it drains over time and must be recharged by pedaling your bike. This phone will also receive mysterious messages that could either aid or hinder your journey. As you progress, you'll come across peculiar sights such as abandoned towns and strange laboratories. The ever-changing road adds to the suspense, but Goodwin Games introduces a novel feature: "Players' collective global efforts can change the environment, unlocking new locations, hidden characters, and secret quests over time."

If "Quite a Ride" piques your interest, you can add it to your wishlist on Steam and stay tuned for more updates as the release date approaches.
