Marvel Snap's Amazing Spider-Season Swings into Action!

September brings a brand-new season to Marvel Snap (Free), themed around the web-slinger himself: the Amazing Spider-Season! This season introduces exciting new cards and locations, along with a game-changing mechanic.

The biggest change is the introduction of "Activate" abilities. Unlike "On Reveal," these abilities can be triggered at any point during your turn, offering strategic flexibility and allowing you to bypass effects that target "On Reveal."

The Season Pass card, Symbiote Spider-Man (4-Cost, 6-Power), exemplifies this new mechanic. His Activate ability lets you absorb the lowest-cost card at a location and copy its effects, potentially re-triggering "On Reveal" abilities. Expect this card to be a powerful addition, possibly requiring adjustments later in the season.

Other notable additions include:

• Silver Sable: (1-Cost, 1-Power) On Reveal: Steals 2 Power from the top card of your opponent's deck. A strong card for disrupting opponent strategies.

• Madame Web: (Ongoing) Moves one card at her location to another location once per turn. Adds strategic card movement to your gameplay.

• Arana: (1-Cost, 1-Power) Activate: Moves the next card you play to the right and gives it +2 Power. A key addition to movement-based decks.

• Scarlet Spider (Ben Reilly): (4-Cost, 5-Power) Activate: Spawns an identical clone at another location. Offers powerful multiplication potential.

Two new locations also join the fray:

• Brooklyn Bridge: Cards cannot be played here two turns in a row. This location demands creative card placement strategies.

• Otto's Lab: The next card played here pulls a card from the opponent's hand into play. Adds an element of surprise and disruption.
