Top Nintendo Franchise for LEGO Set in 2025 Revealed

Nintendo and LEGO have already joined forces to create some fantastic LEGO Nintendo sets. Last year, fans were treated to the dynamic Mario and Yoshi set and the inaugural LEGO Legend of Zelda set, both of which have been well-received. However, while we've seen a variety of Mario sets (including those featuring Donkey Kong) and a selection of Animal Crossing sets, the range of other iconic Nintendo franchises remains largely untapped. As a devoted fan of both LEGO and Nintendo, I'm eager to see more options emerge. For fellow enthusiasts, I'm curious: which Nintendo franchise would you like to see transformed into LEGO sets next?

With the buzz surrounding the upcoming Switch 2, excitement for Nintendo's next generation is palpable. It's highly probable that we'll continue to see new LEGO Nintendo sets, especially as Nintendo expands into movies, such as the new Mario movie and the anticipated live-action Zelda, and releases new Switch titles. Personally, I believe Metroid would make for some of the coolest LEGO sets. With Metroid Prime 4 on the horizon, it's the perfect time to introduce stunning builds that I'd be eager to purchase. Additionally, I'd love to see actual LEGO Pokémon sets, though this seems unlikely due to the existing licensing agreement between Mattel and The Pokémon Company.
